For reasons that currently escape us, dog fashion designers Little Lily have designed a range of clothes for dogs (or 'four legged children' as they refer to them) based on outfits worn by famous people at the Oscars.

'Lara and Daniel's vision for the company is to create a lifestyle company that is based on the concept that “your dog is an extension of you”,' say the company's founders on the website.

In this case, this means enabling people to live out all their favourite glamour-fantasies of being Nicole Kidman's best friend, except in this case, Nicole Kidman will actually be their dog.
