Actually, Naples is my backup option right now. Naples is where I go if I stay with my current company. I'm currently trying for a better job in Carlsbad. Higher level position, more money, more room for advancement, they pay for training and certs, there's world travel, company provided perks, etc. But Italy is a pretty good fall back.
