Pulled over and rewarded for good driving

Don't I have to break the law before being detained? So if the cop lights up because I'm a good driver and he wants to give me tickets to some cut-rate AA farm club baseball team and I don't pull over now I've been turned into a criminal.

I can guarantee another thing also. IF a guy was originally being pulled over for a reward, and he decides he's not going to do it, and eventually gets prosecuted for resisting arrest, the reason for the stop will miraculously change from "reward for good driving" to "faulty tail light" or some other made up bullshit.

I had to handle a claim for a fire to a shitty druggy infested run down block of rental duplexes owned by a WA state trooper and a city cop one time. The fagg0ts would pull me over if they needed to talk to me. I'd try to call them back, but they'd be out on the road ~~fighting crime~~ getting hummers from crack hos and writing revenue enhancement tickets, so if they saw my truck they'd pull me over.

The state trooper wore a bow tie, too. Fucking beaner cop in a smoky the bear hat and a fucking bow tie. I would have liked to kick him in the throat the little midget fuckshit.
