I can't figure out which god that kid is talking about. Mithras, Horus, Attis, Osiris, Dionysus, Krishna all were born on earth with god as their father. They also coincidentally were martyred and then rose to a spirit world or heaven to sit by their fathers' side. All of them before year 1 AD (Some thousands of years before). Since it is posted as a Holiday Spirit reminder, I'm going to put my money on Mithras, as Mithras had the largest festival associated with the Winter Solstice. Also: If you're an adult and God was "just telling you something" they might lock you up.
