If Hung is right and we really really need all these filthy shit Mexicans, at bare minimum their festering asses need to be monitored and we need to control what's crossing the border.
I say we start by closing the fucker. If we then decide we need to allow these shits in and out to pick our lettuce it's easy to revert to that change but we at least have the ability to stop Al Queso 13 from bringing a couple of Kazhakstani nukes in.
