Well tough shit. Plenty of people do it legally every fucking day. I met a guy the other day who was born in Canada, moved to Japan, and just moved his knife making business here. It was not easy, but he's here legally and he's proud to be a new American. He commented that there's no way he would have considered circumventing the laws even though the wait was lengthy because that wouldn't be the right thing to do.
