They won't outlaw owning them. They'll outlaw selling them. Since you already said that you'd buy a crap load of supplies from at the get go, you should be set for a while if and when they outlaw the sale of them.

If that is truly the case then no one has anything to worry about. Just buy from over seas and have shipped here. Customs does not check for shit. Hell, in my younger and more adventurous days, I used to order fucking pot seeds from the Netherlands, never had a problem.

I am just worried about whipping one out in public and having a Hondo type roll up on me wanting to seize it and take me to be fingerprinted.

Imports of electronic cigarettes could also be banned, though I don't know if that's something the FDA can/will do.

But I really doubt they'll go so far as to ban possession.

I fully plan to use butane to extract hash oil from marijuana and then take that and get it into propylene glycol so I can make cartridges that get me stoned as fuck, and no one around me knows I am smoking weed. If I can make it work, I will have nicotine and thc in one nifty little cartridge that the cops won't be able to detect.
